Hello. I'm Aidan, and I'm an admin and comunity manager of the wiki. I have noticed that you have replied to a post on Nexterf's wall. You have used words that aren't allowed on the wiki. I have looked into your contributions to the wiki, and I have found out that you have cursed multiple times without warnings. So, I am giving you a warning, a day lock from the wiki, and I will be notified of all your activity on the wiki to ensure that you don't break the rules again. Here are our wiki rules (please note they are still being developed):
Here is the list of what happens when you get a warning:
Warning 1 - You recieve a message from a moderator/admin, admin/moderator turns on notifications of your wiki account.
Warning 2 - Message from a moderator/admin, admin/moderator turns on notifications of your wiki account, possible 1-5 hour lock or lock up to a day, ban from live chat for a day.
Warning 3 - Message from a moderator/admin, admin/moderator turns on notifications of your wiki account, week lock or lock up to a select amount of days, ban from live chat for a week, editing of articles turned off for a week, removal of new account creation from the wiki, ban of other accounts used with your IP, and more.
Please do not break any more rules causing you to get banned. I really don't want to ban anyone. I hope you have a great day!
The FitnessGram Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal bodeboop. A sing lap should be completed every time you hear this sound. ding Remember to run in a straight line and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark. Get ready!… Start. ding
